Booking & payment policies

Effective September 2026.

Deposit

To reserve an in-person session you pay a 50% deposit and the balance on the day of your session; if you prefer, you can pay the full session online. Online sessions are paid in full when you book.

How your time is arranged

After you pay, Ana María messages you on WhatsApp to arrange the day and time within the dates of her visit to your city. If there is no space left during her visit, she will offer an online session via WhatsApp or a date on her next visit to your city; your deposit is applied to that session.

The deposit is non-refundable

When you book, Ana María holds that time only for you and closes it to others. That is why the deposit is not refunded if you cancel or do not attend.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once, with at least 48 hours notice, to another available time within the same visit to your city (or within the next 30 days for online sessions).

No-shows

If you miss your appointment or give less than 48 hours notice, the session is considered taken and the deposit is neither refunded nor transferred.

Punctuality

In-person sessions last 90 minutes and online sessions one hour, from the booked time. Late arrivals are not made up.

If Ana María needs to reschedule

If Ana María must move your session due to circumstances beyond her control, she will offer another time, an online session via WhatsApp or a date on her next visit; your deposit is applied to that session.

Online sessions

Held as a WhatsApp call, last one hour and are paid in full when you book. No camera needed: your eyes stay closed. You need good signal, headphones and a quiet place.

Digital book

RENASER is delivered by email in digital format. As a digital product, it cannot be returned once sent.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Ana María never receives or stores your card details.
